This eatery has a panoramic view of the pool, the sea and historic Dona Paula and can send you into sublime ecstasy. Blue… blue…blue. It is based on the colour blue. “Azul” means blue in Portuguese, this is the International Poolside Café with an Italian style, at the Cidade de Goa. The entrance of the restaurant is very contemporary with a huge fish tank and for the diners there are large window panes for an unobtrusive view. This place has still retained its ability of getting the diners to savour the flavor of different cuisines researched by their chef., with a choice of contemporary gourmet cuisine with dishes from Italy, Goa, North India, Far East Asia and also Sandwiches and Wraps. The restaurant has a unique concept to its credit, with regards to the offering of the “Buffet Combo” Option. The buffet combo option this includes Soup and Salad, Soup Salad and Dessert, Soup-Salad Main Course and Dessert, etc at different price points where the cold presentations are put in glass ice troughs (dessert and salads).
