Drop-in Pilates classes are held at 10:30 am on weekdays in the airy cool shala located in her large garden under a 100-year-old mango tree. Vinyasa flow yoga is held weekdays at 6 pm. All levels are welcome and with the small class size Anna manages to supervise everyone closely and give variations for beginners through to advanced. Classes cost Rs. 500 or a package of ten classes is Rs. 4000. Anna offers private tuition on the first floor of her superbly renovated Portuguese villa, which has at its centerpiece a 150-year-old temple. The studio, decorated with a touch of Bollywood, has a Pilates reformer (one of the very few on the sub-continent) as well as theraband, Swiss balls and magic circles. A private class costs Rs. 2000.
