It is a mix that could get you ready for some beach antics a la James Bond. Nibble on Crab Croquettes or the Choristo Empanada (goan sausages in crispy hot semi circular jackets). And when the restaurant starts filling up for lunch with the crème a la crème, you can do so with your very own mix. The De la Crème (pears infused vodka with lime and lychee juice shaken with ice and spice)….Posh Spice – accompany that with a Tuna Salad with crostini or meat balls with beans. Just the filler needed if you aim to keep it light. All in all it is a delightful experience just sitting there on the bar and looking out at the deep blue sea. One cannot get closer to nature.
