La Trattoria is a stand alone building just off the roadside next to Royal Goan Beach Club at Royal Palms. With an outside dining area and 60 covers inside with a bar it offers diners an experience to remember. The eatery also serve pizzas made and baked in the garden area. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant gives a proper Italian feel and ambience. Start with a Bruschetta al Pomodoro, Pepperoni Arrosto e Ricotta or perhaps the Garlic Chicken Liver Pate with green peppercorns. For the mains, the Breasts of Chicken in martini sauce or the Grilled Pork Chops with butter sage and lemon sauce. A glance through the menu for the finale will list desserts like the Tiramisu and the Choco Cheese Cake. All in all the restaurant is worth a visit for an Italian experience when in South Goa.
