As you enter the air-conditioned venue Laranja gives a vibrant and inviting feeling with the striking orange colour. Paintings in various hues of orange adorn the walls. They layout buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A typical buffet, lunch has an international flavor where guests can enjoy a vast array of dishes, with an elaborate spread of twelve salads, sixteen main courses and accompaniments (with additional live cooking counters) and a dessert and ice cream bar. An ecclectic mix of Goan, Indian, Continental and oriental/Far Eastern dishes. There are cuisine based themes during season 1 too.
