Goan and Grills. Perhaps the oranges go into the preparations too…but the creations are mystical. Start with the Spicy Wings (chicken wings marinated with Goan peri peri masala cooked over a BBQ, or perhaps his mother’s recipe of the Roast Pigling Jirem Mirem, it is a must. For mains try the Jamaican Jerk Chicken…sure to jerk you out of your senses. Tender spring chicken marinated with Caribbean herbs cooked on open charcoal. Served with a jacket potato and tossed exotic vegetables-exotically yours. The Charlie’s Pork Chops (marinated with roast masala homemade of course) the angels could not have made a better combination.
