Choose to sit in air conditioned comfort and you are enveloped with an ambience that is classy and niche. Outside the wooden deck overlooking the pool brings one closer to nature. Start with the barman’s fruit cocktails…. a choice of Watermelon Basil Martini or the Kiwi mint Martini. If you are in a mood for pizza…order the Stone Baked Pizza. The Pepperoni Pizza, is a great way to start. Just a grain of info while we are on the pizza platter… Sundays brings in the pizza and Sandria brunch. Unlimited Sangrias flowing…. And pizzas too (not flowing but an unlimited exodus from those ovens) Another way to start the meal is to check out the Antipasta section. Try the Bruschetta Caponata( topped with Sicilian eggplant relish and mozzarella cheese ) or opt for the Polenta e Pollo Spiedini ( grilled chicken and polenta skewers ) The menu has a list of over 7 different pastas all prepared in the kitchen: Gnocchi, Tagliatelle, Penne, Spaghetti, Ravioli, Cannelloni, Pappardelle (thick ribbon like) Ziti (tubeless pasta)….to name a few and to add to the choice- Risottos too. The Tagliatelle al Pesto (pesto in cream basil sauce) the ever popular Carbonara (with spaghetti) and the Pappardelle e Polpette (made of thick ribbon pasta and meatballs) ……the pastas are well cooked e/dente the sauces are well defined, aroma intact. Mamma Mia…this might be the 6th popular Italian eatery in North Goa, but the choice is amazing. The food is good, light and tasty the Almond and Chocolate Cheesecake worth every spoonful. The ambience enchanting. If one overlooks the narrow road leading to the place with an ambience like this and the food so well prepared Mia Cucina……could become your kitchen too. You could be visiting it again and again and again. It could become your googled address too.
