Another favourite is the Chourisco Poie – the spiced sausage mixture in the Goan bread could serve as a meal by itself. There are other specials too like the Batter Fried Prawns and the Potato Kappan (bhajjias). Move on to the mains. The Pork Ribs…soft succulent to die for. The Roast tongue, great preparation. Other preparations to delight are the Honey Chicken and Sergeant Pepper Beef.
