As the name suggests the restaurant has a panoramic sea view and is blessed by nature for its idyllic surroundings. The biggest draw at Sea View, are their tree huts perched atop trees giving a birds view of the whole place. The restaurant here is a casual dining place with well laid out tables and caters to a multi cuisine palate. They also provide the option of staying on `the beach’ coco huts. So unwind yourself and relax in Mother Nature’s arms at Sea View restaurant, Ashvem, Mandrem This is an aptly named shack-style restaurant right on the beach in Ashvem with the main clientele being the visitors who stay in the coco-huts made of bamboo cane and mats. It’s a great place to relax and chill amid and quiet. So there’s no music playing here. Space shooter and Dust Settler are great-sounding as well as great-tasting mocktails. Popular cocktails are Sex on the Beach and Tequila Sunrise. The food is also excellent and we recommend their Special Seafood, which might be slightly highly priced, but is worth every penny. Their King Prawns Grilled are out of this world, and it’s a good place to try some European-style salads with Seafood. The North Indian fare is largely average, except for the perfectly grilled Chicken Tandoor. The cocktails to try here are Pina Colada, Screw Driver, and Blue Lagoon.
