Chris believes that food is forever changing so start with the natural cocktails-the house drink. A lichi and Lemon Grass Martini. Thirteen new preparations to choose from…Chris at his best. For starters order the Beetroot Salad with pickled onion, goat cheese, carrot in a cumin cracker basket. Accompanied by a Green Apple Salad and served with roasted garlic aoli. Or perhaps the Kingfish Carpachio with shaved fennel, capers orange, red radish, parmesan and rocket…sorry not to the moon. Though the combination excites. For Mains try the Pomegranate and Honey Beef with green onions, oven roasted leeks, baby carrots and pine nuts. You could go nuts about the preparation. The desert loved by all – the Filo Pastry Chocolate bon bons still remains – by popular demand. It is chocolate galore or maybe the Liquid Chocolate Fondant with homemade Almond Ice Cream.
