Speaks, as the name suggests, are the speciality at this somewhat rundown restaurant at Nizmar Resort. Popular orders here are the Steak Diane, a tender steak that’s flambeed with toddy and a large Chateaubriand. The Chicken Monalisa (grilled chicken breast) finds takers, too. Also popular with the visitors are Chicken Peshawari, Prawn and Mushroom Korma, Rogani Fish Adraki, Chicken Shashlik Masala, Paneer Pasanda, Nilgiri Korma and Paneer Birbali Aloo. For dessert, try the banana Fosters Flambe or Baked Alaska. The poolside restaurant at Nizmar is named Fusion and serves barbeque and Tandoori fare as well as drinks. Poolside entertainment includes live music during the season. The kitchen remains partially open during the off-season.
