Walk up a flight of steps from the poolside to the deck where the restaurants are situated. Though Tomatiuh serves a multi-cuisine fare, the air conditioned comfort one a fine-dine experience. Recommend you start with the Laziz Malai Tikka, the succulent chicken kebabs are marinated in cream cheese. Or order the Prawn Cocktail – the shrimp Fantasia. The shrimps are soaked in a brandy cocktail sauce. For mains, the Lasooni Jhinga, shrimps fried in onions, bell peppers, curry leaves and Indian spices, or go Continental with the Prawn Provencale. Prawns simmered in tomato sauce and served with spinach rice.
