A true Love Goa experience. Rony Martins and his wife Suzette are the talented duo behind Mum’s Kitchen. They are passionate about authentic Goan cuisine. Rony’s other passion is sailing and he has a sleek Octopus Cataraman that is available for cruises. I loved the sunset cruise along the Mandovi River from Panjim to Old Goa. The sundown cruise lasted three hours and included snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. We took our own bottle of French bubbles, however, alcoholic drink can be arranged in advance. Rony was at the helm and there were two discrete staff members serving us. The cost is Rs.4,000 per person for the sundown cruise, the four hour dinner cruises are Rs.5,000 per person and full day cruises can be arranged on request. A maximum of six guests. Rony can also supply kayaks and the cataraman into the small quiet backwaters.
