The Flavours of South India

South Indian cuisine is renowned for its bold and balanced flavours, combining spices, tanginess, and sweetness. Essential ingredients like rice, lentils, coconut, tamarind, and curry leaves form the foundation, while mustard seeds, cumin, coriander, and black pepper add depth and complexity. Coconut imparts richness, tamarind provides tang, and curry leaves lend an aromatic herbal touch.

The event will also feature specially curated beverage pairings on select dates—January 25th, 26th, and February 1st—crafted by esteemed beverage experts to complement the dishes.

“We are committed to offering our guests an exceptional dining experience by bringing diverse coastal cuisines to C2C, catering to both our guests and coastal food enthusiasts,” said Mr. Ashwani Anand, General Manager, Taj Cidade de Goa.
