The Arambubble is a large and somewhat upmarket beach shack run by Diego, who’s been in business in South Arambol for six years now. Earlier known as Dream Catcher, they serve authentic Goan food, rich in palm vinegar, coconut, garlic, tamarind and hot local chillies. Recommended is the Kingfish in butter garlic masala and Fish Recheado. On Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, there are Goan buffets including Fish Curry, Fish Cutlet, some bhajis, Pork Vindaloo and Chicken Xacutti. Also recommended are the steaks. During happy hours every day from 5 pm to 7 pm, you can get any cocktail for just Rs 100. Enjoy your drinks and dance the night away to the reggae and chill out music here.
