Baga is a relatively small beach sandwiched between her two larger cousins, the Colva and Calangute beaches. Though small in size, it is big on fun and cleanliness. In addition to the usual beach activities, Baga offers the opportunity to try Wind Surfing between January and March.
There are operators who conduct short training courses and supply the required gear as well. The annual National Wind Surfing Championships held here between September and November brings together wind surfing enthusiasts from all over the country.
