This is one of the better eating places in the Anjuna area that offers a good selection of Italian, seafood and some organic food. The ambience is alfresco with cane mats. The accent is on healthy eating and going by the number of Italians who frequent this place for their Cannelloni and Gnocchi. The preparations are definitely authentic. The Rainbow salad. Egg Planton Salad and Avocado Bean sprouts salad are popular with Europeans. Besides, grated and melted cheeses and cream sauces don’t quite appeal to Indians. One of the big sellers here is the Corn Tofu Spinach Cannelloni, which is a healthy, stuffed roll. Also up for grabs are a range of pastas in a variety of regional Italian sauces, pizzas and some North Indian starters like Chicken Tikkas. Their Salted Potatoes attract Russians. The Napoli and Capricciosa Pizza are fast moving. From the organic menu try the Grilled Seitan plate from the seafood section. Through all their offerings, they maintain their USP of less fat and less calorie
