With the supreme court ban on pollutant BSIII Vehicles from 1st April, traders and manufacturers of two and four wheelers are wooing customers with their Clearance Sales in order to clear BSIII stocks. They have lowered their prices from up to ₹ 20K on two-wheelers, and up to ₹ 50K to 1 L  on cars. Giving buyers a chance to avail fantastic discounts on two and four-wheelers.

As per the court ruling, even though no BS-III vehicles can be bought after March 31, all vehicles bought until then will be registered even in April.

According to a report, the country-wide inventory of two-wheelers is the highest at 7.5 lakh vehicles. While that of four-wheelers stands at  8.25 lakh unsold vehicles with automobile makers and dealers.
