Her journey extended beyond academics when she worked as a Laboratory Technician in a hospital. Long working hours were often followed by restaurant visits, evening shoots, and late nights spent editing videos. Although balancing a professional career with food blogging was challenging, her passion for discovering new places and sharing authentic dining experiences kept her motivated.

Even today, the analytical thinking and attention to detail developed through her scientific background influence the way she researches locations, plans her content, and presents every recommendation with honesty and accuracy.

Although Deepansha officially began her food blogging journey in 2025, the dream had existed for several years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she considered entering the digital space but hesitated to take the first step. Being born and raised in Goa naturally shaped the direction of her work. Outside blogging, she enjoys dancing, fishing, bike riding, and acting, hobbies that help her stay creative and bring fresh perspectives to her storytelling.

Looking ahead, she hopes to continue expanding her platform, collaborate with more restaurants, cafés, resorts, and hospitality brands, and introduce audiences to even more of Goa’s hidden culinary treasures.
