With the India Beach Fashion Week 2017 (IBFW) just about underway here in Goa comes Ms. Sania Shroff, young and upcoming designer. She’s all set to showcase her debut collection at the 3-day fashion extravaganza and it promises to be fun and quirky.
Showing an exceptional finesse and talent for fashion, Sania was honored with the most creative student of the year and the designer of the year award by her college, B.D.Somani Institute of fashion and technology.
Her work experiences include working with the master duo of fashion, Abu Jani, and Sandeep Khosla. She has also been an assistant costume designer for two films, Heropanti(2014) starring Kriti Sanon- Tiger Shroff and Baaghi(2016) starring Shraddha Kapoor- Tiger Shroff. After successful work experiences in films, she created her own label “Sania Shroff” which strives to create style, élan, and panache for the women that it caters to.

While not much else is known about Sania Shroff, we’ve gotten to learn a bit about her label. According to sources, Sania is known for her exceptional styles and sense of color amalgamation. Her style is distinct, chic, subtly bold yet feminine. She aspires to create contemporary-fusion ensembles with a perfect synthesis of color and silhouettes in her designer wear.
As a label, “Sania Shroff”, is all about lush couture wear with a purpose to ensure that women feel beautiful and confident in their ensembles. The label epitomizes an inimitable and elegant, yet unpretentious design approach. It concentrates on understated, attractive and detailed silhouettes.
The theme of her debut collection is based on the ‘Touch Me Not’ plant and its flower, ‘Mimosa’. The collection has been inspired by the sensitive, gentle yet strong and bold women of today. This plant symbolizes a woman perfectly. Just like a like a woman, the plant is delicate and gentle. The collection has been created with the destination bride in mind. After all, which bride doesn’t want to feel strong, confident and beautiful on her big day?
Catch Sania’s debut collection on the 27th of October, 2017 at the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa where the IBFW 2017 is happening, at 12 noon. You gotta see it to believe it!
