Celebrate the authenticity of the Goan cuisine at Goenchem Fest on the 21st May, 2022 at Hilton Goa Resort. An event which celebrates an ode to the forgotten Goan gourmet and the lost recipes of Goa that are no longer available in most of the menus across the city.
Indulge in an experience like never before with authentic dishes such as Fofos de peixe (fish fritters), Porco Alejanto (pork and clams), Bolo san Rival, Beef croquettes, Pineapple sansav, Dedos de dama (made on site), the Bibe, Tarlyache Amotik and more curated by Goan culinary experts from the Goan Culinary Club.
Sip on traditional inspired Urrack and Feni cocktails with soul-stirring live traditional Goan music and cultural performances by Fado amongst others would be the highlights of the event.
The food fest will also serve Goan inspired gourmet such as Kokum infused macarons, Xacutti Mushroom spring roll, Beef vindaloo Onigiri, Chargrilled pork cafreal potato crisps, Sago Fruit Custard Cups, Prawn and Red Rice Arancini and Ragi nachos with Bimbli salsa.
