A postcard arrived at the Goa secretariat on the 14th of January while the winter session was in progress. The letter with the ‘ ISIS ‘ initials is being investigated by the Goa police.
In the letter it states that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Defense Minister Manohar Parrikar will be taken care of for banning beef in India.
The content in the letter was not written in proper English and did not make much sense. The letter was circulated to other police stations and the case is given to the Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) to handle.
It has been made certain by the investigating officers that the letter has originated from the Panaji post office and now is being tested further in the forensic lab. The next step or advancement that is taking place is finding out who is the source or the sender.
The safety of every individual is necessary and the investigating officers are working on it to find the rest of the answers.
