This North Indian speciality restaurant in Dona Sylvia Beach Resort does not disappoint with its Kebabs and Curries. For the starters, try the Masala Papad Roll or the Papdi Chaat Papad…papdi, it could be a vowel change here and there, but the uniqueness of the preparation are worth a try. Another beginner is the Murgh Chaurangi Roll…roll around the flavours on your palate as they have more to come. For mains, or maybe even as starters too go for the kebabs. Sofiana Fish Tikka, Naram Seekh Kebab, Bharwan Chandni Kebab…naram and garam (soft and hot) they are really good. The Rajasthan favourite, the spiced red curry Lal Maas is not for the spice less palate. Its fiery red hot as the name suggests. The lesser spiced choice is the Tawa Jhinga, Lobster Khadai or the Masaledar Macchi. The ocean’s treasure is well marinated by the chefs to tickle the palate. The Indian flavour remains through the dessert too. Rasmalai – this milky dessert stimulates the ras (juice) in your mouth. Not to be left behind is the Kala Jamun and Chum Chum. Your legs might move with a ghungroo beat with the sweetness in this preparations. Soaked in sugar syrup – can anything get sweeter than that. The K and K (kebabs and kurries) has another K to be added – kismet. If you are destined to eat here you will not be disappointed.
