The awards, which are organized by Transform, a global rebranding and brand development magazine, recognize brand development and rebranding efforts in Nordic countries.
The company won a silver award in the category for Best Naming and Brand Strategy, and a bronze award in the category for Best Use of Digital Property.

The company has earned praise from Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant for winning the two awards. In a Facebook post late last evening, the chief minister congratulated the firm on winning the awards and gaining recognition in Norway. He conveyed his best wishes to the firm for its continued success and growth.
IT Minister Jennifer Monserrate also lauded the firm for its prestigious achievement. “Congratulations to the Goa-based IT firm Kilowott on winning awards and recognition in Norway: A silver in best naming and brand strategy and a bronze for best use of digital property. Congratulations to CEO Mr. Nitish Raikar and the entire team.”, the minister said in an Instagram post late last evening.
The project for which Kilowott won the two awards, was a website that they created for a Norwegian film production house.
For the project, Kilowott collaborated with a design firm based in Norway. The project was evaluated by the jury for excellence in strategy, execution, content and design.
Arati Raikar, Head of the delivery team at Kilowott, gave credit to the excellent teamwork, the strong communication, and the company’s extensive experience in the field, which helped them in delivering the product for which the company won the awards.
Nitish Raikar, who is CEO of the firm, said that the company bagging the two awards serves as a huge morale booster to the team at Kilowott.
