Korean Sticky Chicken: From the mountain regions of Korea, comes a spicy sweet dish with traditional Gochujang Chili Paste, Garden Fresh Ginger and sesame seeds.
Japanese Pork Shogayaki (Ginger Pork): A Northern Japanese dish famous for its use of Ginger. The Name literally means Ginger Pork. This is a Pork Chop marinated in sake and miso paste.
Northern Thailand Coconut Shrimp with Orange-Chili Dipping Sauce: This a popular Thai dish. The prawns are marinated in local Thai spices and coated with fresh coconut, mixed with breadcrumbs. They are served with a tangy, sweet and spicy orange chili dip.
Malaysian Otak Otak (Grilled Fish Quenelles): A Classic Malaysian dish with nuts spices, herbs, Green Bird eye chilies, and red snapper, minced and made into a patty, wrapped in banana leaf and grilled, letting it cook in its juices.
