The recent Open House at Sharada Mandir School, Kadamba, drew an enthusiastic turnout of parents eager to explore the school’s innovative educational approach and state-of-the-art infrastructure. This interactive walkthrough highlighted sensory-based learning, dance, music and coding as key components of the school’s curriculum, offering families a glimpse into its holistic and future-forward educational philosophy.
Over 100 visitors attended the school event, during which they provided a guided tour of the campus, visited classrooms and interacted directly with the institution’s Principal, Administrator and faculty. Attendees also engaged with the school’s counsellor, who explained the emotional support systems available for students. Many parents expressed their interest in admitting their wards to the school by filling out registration forms for the upcoming academic year.
“We were thrilled to see such a positive response from families. The Open House provided an opportunity for parents to experience our nurturing environment and understand our focus on character development. We aim to cultivate well-rounded, right-minded citizens, making Sharada Mandir one of India’s finest schools,” said Principal Auria Fernandes.
The guided walkthrough allowed parents to explore the school’s facilities, including play areas, laboratories and classrooms. Faculty members and administrative staff addressed queries and provided insights into the school’s balance between academics and extracurricular activities.
“We want our child to grow into a confident, independent and practical individual. During the tour conducted by Sharada Mandir School, Kadamba, I observed these qualities in the students present, as well as the infrastructure designed to foster such traits in children,” said Efigenia Miranda De Sa, a resident of Ribandar, who attended the Open House event.
Administrator Oscar Gonsalves added, “It is important for parents to witness for themselves and understand the philosophy and infrastructure of the school they are keen on getting their children admitted to. The Open House was a platform to showcase our inclusive learning environment and the unique resources we offer to foster holistic education.”
