In the festive spirit of Carnival, Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), Goa, organized a traditional parade from Taj Resort & Convention Centre, Goa to Samba Square on the evening of 25th February 2022.

Qmin, Indian Hotels Company’s gourmet culinary and food delivery platform, celebrated Carnival with a traditional float parade from Taj Resort & Convention Centre, Dona Paula to Samba Square in Panaji city. A parade of dancers in decorated costumes and vibrantly decked performances led by the Qmin Food Truck were among the highlights of the event. Vincent Ramos, Area Director, IHCL, Goa, commented on the project, saying that the hotel group has long been associated with Goa’s cultures and traditions.

(IHCL) commenced the Carnival festivities in the capital city with a traditional float parade from Taj Resort & Convention Centre in Dona Paula to Samba Square in Panaji. The event witnessed a procession of dancers in festooned costumes and vibrantly decked performances led by the Qmin Food Truck.
Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Vincent Ramos, Area Director – IHCL, Goa who is also a part of the Panaji Carnival organizing committee said, “IHCL, Goa has always been synonymous with the cultures and traditions of Goa. We are glad to be celebrating one of the most coveted festivals with our fellow Goenkars. In the spirit of revelry, Qmin – our food delivery platform will be participating in the culinary extravaganza. The menu is priced at an extremely affordable range to celebrate the efforts of the city.”
GOAN DELIGHTS ON OFFER AT QMIN
The menu offers a blend of comfort food and signature preparations including Chicken Cafreal Poie Pocket, Beef Pattice, Goan Sausage Roll and Masala Vada Pav to name a few. The food truck will extend its services at the Samba Square from 26th February to 1st March, 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
