Sunflower is a buffet restaurant at the Sun Village Resort in Arpora. The theme colour of this 55-seater eatery is yellow. Three types of buffet breakfast – South Indian, North Indian and European; Indian and Chinese buffet lunch; and a multi-cuisine buffet dinner – Sun Flower’s claim to fame is its ability to satisfy pallets of different nationalities and different tastes with ease. From the lunch menu, Sliced Fish in Hunan sauce and Fish Caldein are particularly good. Dinner buffet is a multi-cuisine affair comprising of pasta, one veg item, one potato item, two Indian dishes, one Chinese veg item, rice, noodle, daal, naan, roti, four types of desserts, four non-veg items, soup and four types of salad. The food is above average for the most part.
