Due to the upcoming elections in Goa, celebrating Easter this year is going to be a bit tricky. As per a notice issued by the Government of Goa, “All liquor shops/bars and restaurants, pubs, food joints, shacks, etc. serving or selling liquor in North Goa district are prohibited from selling or serving liquor for the period commencing from 6.00 pm onwards on 21.04.2019 up to 12.00 hrs midnight on 23.04.2019”. That leaves Easter Sunday afternoon as the only window to make merry – and so here are the best brunches happening on Easter afternoon.
