The Ausbildung program is recognised by the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and various other German vocational training authorities, ensuring that students receive formal academic and professional qualification that meets European standards.

“The program includes theoretical education combined with hands-on work experience, where the participants undergo training in their chosen field, combining classroom learning with hands-on work placements in German companies. It will give students the opportunity to learn, train and develop their careers in Germany under this dual education system,” according to Sabina Dsouza, Director (Operations) at the Verna-based KOC.

KOC will provide offline German-language sessions at their campus in Verna & Margao , prior to the interns’ departure abroad, as well as assistance with the visa and accommodation once in Germany. Interested students will be required to take a certified language exam, such as the Goethe-Zertifikat or TELC.
