Located in the Candolim-Calangute area. Zanzibar beach shack is conveniently located just at the end of Tito’s lane, so you don’t have to trudge over the sand to get there. It’s hugely popular with the regular visitors because of it’s friendly service and good food. Catering as it does to a mainly domestic tourists clientele, the food served is primarily North Indian, Goan and Chinese, Goan cuisines being a must-eat with domestic tourists. No pastas or steaks, though you do get a lot of Goan-style and Chinese meat dishes as also international favorites like Chicken Stroganoff (chicken in white sauce) and Chicken Roast. They serve excellent Goan cuisine, which is one of the reasons for its popularity. Besides of course great seafood. Plus a good bar menu and spectacular views of the beach and the roaring sea. But being by the beach in Baga, the rates are a little on a higher side for the quality of the food.
