The 5th Annual Healthcare Management Conclave, hosted by the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) at its Sanquelim campus, will spotlight the latest innovations and disruptions reshaping the healthcare sector.

Scheduled for September 21, the Conclave aims to gather healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, academicians and students from India and across the globe, to delve into the latest innovations and technologies reshaping the industry, under the theme, ‘Future of Healthcare: Bridging Divergence Through Disruptions.’ This year’s event aims to spark insightful conversations around the technological advancements and innovative trends revolutionising healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

“Innovation is the driving force behind progress in healthcare. This year’s Conclave will explore how new technologies like AI and ML, along with the contributions of start-ups, are transforming the way we deliver healthcare services,” said Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Parulekar, Director, GIM.

Organised by GIM’s Healthcare Management Program, the day-long event will feature a series of keynote speeches, expert panels and interactive discussions. These sessions will focus on cutting-edge trends such as artificial intelligence, machine learning and the integration of traditional practices like Ayurveda with contemporary medicine (allopathy).

Supported by government initiatives and venture capital, these advancements promise a future of integrated healthcare. The Annual Healthcare Management Conclave of GIM will bring together senior leaders to explore three key themes—AI/ML, Start-ups, and Ayush—and how these disruptions can bridge gaps in healthcare, advancing the goal of universal healthcare,” says Prof.  Ajay Vamadevan, Chair of Healthcare Management, GIM.

The first panel, ‘AI/ML – Charting the Future’, will explore how AI and ML are enhancing healthcare operations and improving patient outcomes. The second panel, ‘Start-ups Leading Disruptive Change’, will feature industry leaders highlighting the role of start-ups in driving healthcare innovations and the final panel, ‘Bridging Traditions: Ayush’s Holistic Evolution’, will discuss the integration of traditional practices like Ayurveda with modern medicine to offer holistic healthcare solutions.
