1st December 2022, Candolim: Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa has launched the TipCy Brunch to the world with a bang! With live music to the best of food, it sure is set to make your Sundays more flavourful at their restaurant, Grok. The brunch commenced on 27th of November with a wave of energy, happy faces and an epicurean spread of food.
This time around, the focus of the food was on glocal cuisines, a fusion of global and local
cuisines to give a newfound experience to the guests. The menu included a wide range of
offerings; dim sums, sushi, soups, pastas, pizzas, chaats, delicacies from the live Burmese
counter, live seafood grill, an array of desserts etc.
The live seafood grill brought the best of Goa on a plate to you. The fresh, tantalizing flavors and
a wide variety to choose from left you wanting for more. The team made sure to keep its
signature taste with a little twist of their own to it. The Burmese counter delivered its own
signature style to the brunch and added on the already beautifully curated menu. The culinary
team at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa made sure to take their guests on a profound culinary
journey and made sure they enjoy it at every moment.
The TipCy Brunch was not only about food; it was a blend of master mixology, amusing live
music, colorful vibes and a vibrant environment. The mixologists at Grok made sure that they
served their guests with skillfully crafted, locally inspired blends. An energetic performance by
Greg John & the band surely turned heads and made everyone’s Sunday afternoon worthwhile.
