Some of our readers wrote in and asked us to suggest a beach view resort for a vacation in Goa. Well, there are many but we picked ‘Marquis Beach Resort’, North of Goa. It is one of the best beach resorts along the entire beach strip and is open during the monsoon as well.
Having gone through their social media handles we couldn’t help but visit the Resort for an in-depth picture. So a personal visit was made.
The first thing that caught our eye was the well-manicured, sprawling green lawn winding its way to the golden sands of the Candolim Beach. Like a breath of fresh air, the place is exceptionally well-kept. We decided to stay a bit longer. The real picture was way better than all the pictures we had seen on social media handles, even their website.
With the aroma of food gently wafting through the salty air, the next thing that came to mind was food. Our visit paid off. The ‘Paneer Kati Kebab’ served with freshly prepared mint sauce was simply delicious. Unable to get a picture of it, we picked one from their Instagram account.
The property is well maintained with spacious rooms, a sparkling pool and free WiFi. The rates here are reasonable with a lot of cool offers.
We’re sure to go back. Only this time it will be to relax and enjoy the ambiance and food that Marquis Beach Resort has to offer. Their in-house restaurant ‘Epicure by the Sea’ too, is pretty cool for a great meal. Enough said, now it’s time you tried it too!
And when you visit don’t forget to indulge in their scrumptious food. Also don’t forget to visit their newly opened ‘Bar and Grill’ located right on the golden sands. You can enjoy the view of an orange sunset over the jewelled ocean while you wine and dine.
Other than their food and desserts, the juices are a refreshing treat especially on a hot day. Fresh, tasty, energetic and helps you stay invigorated.
