Serving as the Goa State Head, Juvekar has led the Goa Kudo Team to remarkable victories in national championships, showcasing their prowess and dedication on a national stage.

Complementing Juvekar’s leadership is Shashi Sahani, a dedicated martial arts instructor with over 12 years of experience. Born and raised in Porvorim, Sahani embarked on his martial arts journey at the age of 9 under the mentorship of Nityanand Juvekar. Since then, he has attained a Black Belt in NBSII and Japan Shotokan Karate Association, embodying principles of discipline, respect, and continuous self-improvement.

Sahani’s competitive achievements include being a National Gold Medalist in Kudo (SGFI), an unbeaten Gold Medalist at the state level in Kudo, a National Silver Medalist, and achieving Silver and Bronze Medals in Taekwondo and Judo respectively at the university level.

Currently serving as the General Secretary of the Kudo Martial Arts Association of Goa, Sahani exemplifies leadership in sports education and community engagement. His tenure at Don Bosco College Panjim, where he pursued a Bachelor of Physical Education, reflects his dedication to nurturing the next generation of martial artists and fostering a culture of excellence in sports. Additionally, Sahani held the position of Sports Secretary in 2023-24, further demonstrating his commitment to enhancing sports management and development initiatives.

Beyond personal accolades, Sahani dedicates himself to imparting knowledge and values to his students across various locations in Goa, including Socorro Panchayat,The Gym Porvorim,Little Daisies School Shantinagar and Maharudra Temple, Virossa. His teaching philosophy integrates traditional techniques with modern methodologies, ensuring a comprehensive education that extends beyond physical training.

In addition to his instructional role, Sahani actively contributes to the community by organizing events promoting fitness, self-defense, and personal development. His efforts resonate throughout Goa, fostering a sense of unity and strength among students and community members alike.
