Manohar Parrikar
He is probably the first name that comes to our mind and why not, as he has made a name not only in Goa but also all over India. Parrikar served in the BJP government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi as Defence Minister of India. He is the current Chief Minister of Goa.
Ileana D’Cruz
Ileana is counted among Bollywood’s hottest actresses and has excellent acting skills as well. It won’t be too much to say that she’s one of the well-known Goans in Bollywood. D’Cruz was born to Goan Catholic parents in Pune.
Wendell Rodricks
He is born in Goa and is one of the biggest names in Bollywood fashion and costume designing. People from Bollywood wear apparel and accessories designed by Wendell Rodricks. Right from Malaika to Deepika, everyone loves his minimalist style.
Remo Fernandes
Last but not the least Remo Fernandes. He was born to the well-known family of Bernado and Luiza Fernandes on 8 May 1953. He’s known for his pop/rock/Indian fusion and has composed many popular Hindi tracks as well.
